A well-established firm with offices across the North East of England is looking for a senior family lawyer to work at their Hartlepool office. The firm is looking for someone to become Head of the firm's Family Department and Legal Aid Supervisor dealing with a mixed caseload of publicly and privately funded work.  The firm is happy to consider solicitors or legal executives who have a minimum of 3 years' experience of dealing with a varied Family Law caseload including divorce, ancillary relief, pre-nuptial agreements, co-habitation agreements child care law and civil partnership dissolutions. Applicants should either be a Member of the Law Society's Family Law or Children Law Accreditation Scheme or a Resolution Accredited Specialist. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels will be 50k to 60k depending on experience/qualification.
